The man behind the counter was very helpful and polite. I don't speak Vietnamese very well and when I asked him to order me some dinner to eat in my room he was very willing to help me.

The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. A private balcony was nice, but would have been used more if a couple of chairs and a table were on it.
